We’ve been quite the busy bees over here lately. Now I’m going to show you something, and I want you to look at it, and try and guess how long it took us to complete, because I’m willing to bet that you’ll never be able to guess how quickly we were able to get it done.
Look at that monster. Now whatever your guess was, I’m sure it’s wrong so I’m just going to tell you the correct answer, which is: 1.5 work days. That’s right. This truck needed to be back on the road the day after we received it- so we grabbed some extra guys and we got it done in about 12-14 hours. It may also be worth mentioning that those 14 hours were some of the hottest of the year. My boys- what little troopers!
This is the truck as we received it- completely naked and requiring a completely full wrap. Cab and all. Now it may be a little hard to tell from this picture the actual scale of the project. So I went ahead and put some people in the following photos to give you a sense of just how large this thing is.
He’s a little hard to see, but that’s Scott under the table registering the bottom of the wrap, while Brett stands on top of a bench on top of a table to register the top of the wrap. It’s big.
But once they got it started, it was just like any wrap- business as usual.
And panel by panel they banged it out long into the afternoon (with the help of a lot of water and several industrial strength fans)

Aint she a beaut’? I’d venture to that this is probably one of the fastest and highest quality wraps this truck has ever received.
And as I’ve said many times before- we never sacrifice quality for speed or ease. Now I don’t recommend letting your deadline go until the day before if you can help it- but it’s nice to know that there’s a company out there who’s got your back in that situation.
